No Sync icons in the file browser/no Sync-related items in the context menu on Mac/Windows

Context menus show up in file browsers on Mac and Windows for the sync shares that have Selective Sync option ON. So in first place please check that this option is indeed enabled. If it is, but context menu items still don't show up, follow the steps below. 
MAC OS X (10.10 and newer):

If Finder does not show Sync icons for synced folders and/or the context menu lacks Sync option ("Sync to this device", "Remove from this device", etc), or the “Share folder with Resilio Sync...” option, try resetting Mac browser extension:
1. System Preferences > Extensions > Clear and then reselect the checkbox for Sync:

2.Relaunch Finder: press Alt + right click on Finder in Dock -> Relaunch or click on Apple -> Force Quit -> Finder:

3.Restart Sync.
Note that other applications (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) use the same extensions, so if such apps work with the synced folders, there might be a conflict which may result in the absence of Sync icons as well as sync-related items in the contextual menu. 
If you try the above steps but menus/icons keep disappearing, please contact Support.
The Support team may ask for your system logs, so it's recommended that you prepare them in advance. To do so, go to Applications (shortly after you’ve spotted the issue) > Utilities > Console > Show log list > system.log:

Copy-paste the log contents into a text file and save it. Collect debug logs from /Users/Username/Library/Application Support/Resilio Sync (sync.log and its zip archives) and send it to support (or attach it to the help request form.)

If there are no Sync icons/Sync items in the context menu, try relaunching Explorer. Also, go to the directory where Resilio Sync.exe is located (by default that will be users' AppData folder) and make sure it contains ShellExtensionPath.dll:

Note that if your PC is running the 64-bit (x64) version of Windows, there will be two Sync shell extensions: for x64 and x86.
If the 32-bit (x86) version is used, there will be only one Sync extension - for x86.
Then make sure that these dll files are registered in the system. The easiest way is to try and delete them. If system allows that, it means that the extensions are not registered. Follow these steps: 
1. Launch elevated Command Prompt (as administrator)
2. Type command regsvr32 /i \path\to\ShellExtensionPath.dll
3. Relaunch Explorer: open task Manager, find Windows Explorer, click button Restart. 
If that does not help, open Registry Editor and set key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\EnableLUA to 1. Reboot PC.
If that still does not help, contact support with debug logs from this PC and a few screenshots.
